Andrew is a widely experienced surveyor who now influences and directs strategy and implementation of economic development projects in both urban and rural communities on the regional and national stages. His particular skill is developing innovative partnership mechanisms between private, public and third sectors.

His achievements and experience have been recognised by being called to brief and advise at local government and ministerial level. He is constantly influencing and involved with the ambitions and targets of regional and national government sustainable strategies that relate to sub-regional review, economic priorities and local partnership initiatives that promote carbon neutral and sustainable development.

His projects to date have taken responsibility for over £40million of public grant funding and have been deployed in over £250million of capital projects and soft programming.
