Appointed to lead negotiations on the finance and development of a regional regeneration partnership initiative with Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council and Bovis Urban Renewal as part of the Bovis Bradford Social Partnership Programme.

The Bovis Bradford Regeneration Partnership formed an SPV to create a £22.00million business park and effect the removal of a problematic and noxious animal rendering factory, requiring over £5.00million of Yorkshire Forward, ERDF and City Challenge grant funding.

Created over 800 new employment opportunities, with pre-secured lettings to Natwest Bank Plc, Yorkshire Building Society and P Waddington & Co Ltd.
